To accommodate our growing business, we are in the process of moving our warehouse over the next month to a better strategic location in Yorba Linda, California. Our new warehouse is an exciting chapter for Cortiça Garden, yet a significant and time consuming undertaking. Unfortunately, it’s also presenting us with temporary challenges exacerbated by a staff shortage similar to what many industries are experiencing.
Please note that our warehouse facility will be unable to ship out any NEW orders starting May 13th with a target to resume normal shipping operations by the end of June.
Current orders will be fulfilled and shipped without any interruption, and we cordially asked if you have Living Walls planned in the near future to place your order before May 10th so we can assure timely delivery. We appreciate your understanding and collaboration and we apologize for the short notice and any inconvenience this may cause. Unfortunately, our business is not immune to unforeseen circumstances that sometimes interrupt operations unexpectedly.

Our Dealer and Customer support will continue uninterrupted and you should continue to send your orders to us in the same way that you do currently, just accounting for a longer fulfillment and shipping time as indicated above.
We will answer phone calls and emails promptly during our move and continue our day to day communications with our dealers, installers and customers.
